Sullivan's Island

I met Liz and Kyle on Sullivan's Island for their engagement session right before the storm hit. We managed to end our session just a few minutes before it started to down pour. It seemed to be pretty perfect timing! The next time I photograph them, they'll be saying "I do"!

Here's a sneak peek of a few of my favorites from their session.

The Mignones

Where to start with this couple?! I first met Amanda and Matt one year ago when they contacted me for their wedding photography. I can't believe the day has already come and gone! (Time is flying by!)

Their kindness and 'go with the flow' attitude shines when their together. I could instantly tell that nothing else mattered to these two as long as they were together. The laughs that they shared during our photo sessions were pure, genuine, and absolutely contagious.

Their wedding day was held on the same day as the Bridge Run with a high chance of thunderstorms. Of all the things that could have gone wrong....I can safely say nothing did! Every detail from attire, location, flowers, table center pieces, lounge furniture, bar set up, to the transportation was beautiful. Not to mention there wasn't a cloud in the sky! I am so happy for you two! Congratulations once again! XO

Denver, CO

Finally getting around to posting this awesome session in Colorado. Who would think that a place this beautiful is located right here in the USA?! It's funny to me the people who don't travel.

When we got back from this trip we actually sat down and made a "Travel To Go" Checklist. Two actually, one for places in the US & another for international locations. Needless to say, I LOVE traveling. Going somewhere brand new and interacting with brand new people just gives me such happiness.

Needless to say, I sure am happy we got to meet Andrea & Nick! It's funny how it happened. Our Air BnB host put us in touch with one another and on our way to their house our Uber driver asked if we were going to visit a friend. Our response was, "Well we actually haven't met them yet but I'm sure their going to be great for the next 2 hours!". He thought we were crazy. haha. Andrea & Nick were nice enough to drive us to Garden of the gods in Colorado Springs. & I couldn't be more thankful that they did! This place was breath taking. If you have a "travel to go" list you should definitely add it on there! They were just what I was looking for! Playful, Funny, Adorable, and obviously in love! We left Denver with new friends and I'm stoked about it!

Here's a little bit from our session!

When I went back to NJ in late August I had a chance to catch up not only with my own family but with this family! Time is flying by me! I can't believe this little guy is a little man now ! I photographed him and his momma when he was just a few months old so it was awesome to photograph them again for his 4th birthday!

This was such an awesome session because I got to see an old friend and play a little catch up. :) It makes me so happy to see how great they were all doing! It's always nice & refreshing to photograph genuine happiness and laughter between families and couples. And these 3 definitely had that !  If you've seen my images .. I think its safe to say those are my two favorite emotions! But here's a little sneak peak for yourself!

Calling all couples in the Denver area ! Ok, maybe just one....

I will be visiting in September and am looking for a couple to photograph near Red Rocks for free!  (I'm a first-timer here so I'm open to other location possibilities too!)

What do you mean free? Typically my session fee (payment for the photographer's time, talent, & custom editing) is separate from the products (ie. purchasing individual images, the entire digital gallery, or having a custom wooden usb delivered). For this session I will only charge a shipping fee for the USB box! :)

Send me a message on my contact page or FB page for additional info!

There's only time for one !

I'm looking for an adventurous couple who would love to get some photographs showing off their personalities with Denver mountains in the backdrop!

Cafe Display

For the month of August my photographs will be displayed throughout Honeycomb Cafe located on Daniel Island!

All images are for sale.

You'll see metal, wood, and framed prints. Go support local & check them out !

Also, if you're interested in a sold image just let me know and I can get you another one.

I quickly snapped a few photos before leaving the cafe.. here's what you can expect! :

I have been searching awhile for the right type of packaging I wanted to do for my wedding sessions. And I think I finally have gotten everything just the way I like it !

So what's in a Kailee DiMeglio Photography Wedding Box? Check out the photos below !

(Wooden thumb drives are available for all photo sessions as an additional product purchase. )

Leshin Rehearsal

My 4th of July this year was spent with my camera in hand photographing my friends and their families. Personally, I can't think of a better way to spend it!

Their wedding was the 5th and I was asked to photograph their rehearsal the night before. With the groom being from Texas and the bride being from NJ; I wasn't aware that traditions could be so different (in the best way possible). In Texas, the rehearsal dinner is the big event where the bridal party (and whoever else dares) make roasting speeches about the bride and groom.

I can't put into words how entertaining that night was!  Who knew that a wedding rehearsal dinner could be so much fun!

PS- their wedding the following night was beautiful. They had our engagement session photographs throughout the venue.  (I of course had to snag a photo with one of my favorites!)

Metal Prints

Very Excited !  I have finally found a print lab I love !

I am offering my landscapes for sale at my "store" tab above.

I have 11" x 17" metal prints posted but can do a different size if you have something in particular in mind. They make great gifts or wall art. I will post photos of mine soon !

Check it out ! XO

Amanda + Matt

Wandering around downtown with these two was nothing short of a good time! No matter what "plan" you go downtown with, you will almost always end up straying from it. But, you also end up discovering some great finds to play with.

Here's a few photos from our downtown session. I hope you enjoy them & Matt's awesome mustache of course !

Can't wait for this wedding. Congratulations again to both of you ! :)

The Deas

The Deas are such a beautiful family inside and out. Not to mention their daughter is a tough one! She ended up getting a splinter towards the end of the session on the wooden bridge but kept a happy face on until we were done! I was so happy to capture some beautiful moments of their family on that very windy Wednesday !

A Day Downtown...

We spent our Memorial Day running around downtown that ended up turning into our own little bar crawl. (opps?!)

I've been wanting to go to saint alban for awhile now so we made that our first stop. I think it's safe to say this was the cutest coffee shop I have ever walked into. I loved every detail about it.

I wonder if I could get a couple to do a photo session there. Any takers?!

Already looking forward to going back for my next cup of dirty chai.

We continued the day at the Gin Joint, walking Rainbow Row, Closed for Business, AW Shucks, The Blind Tiger, and ended our night with dinner at Leon's (which is next to saint alban, so we came full circle haha)

Something I've learned with moving to Charleston is that no matter how many times you walk Rainbow Row or around downtown, it never gets old & it's just as beautiful as the first time you experienced it.

PS. I'm so thankful that my man tolerates having a camera around him all the time ;)
