Downtown Charleston Engagement | Kelsey + Cab

I bet this beautiful lady looks familiar if you’re a Charleston local. Kelsey is a local blogger in Charleston (Chasing Cinderella is the name of her blog and I’ll get to why that’s relevant in a minute!) I’ve worked with her before and had met (her then boyfriend) Cab once before at a friend gathering. When I got the email from Kelsey that they were interested in getting engagement photographs in downtown Charleston, I was so excited! OF COURSE I was excited, look at how happy and in love they are (once you scroll below, you’ll see what I mean!) Kelsey shared her proposal story and after you read it, how could you not love these two? Kelsey dressed as Cinderella (hence her blog title) to run The Copper River Bridge Run & Cab was waiting at the finish line dressed as Prince Charming with a glass shoe and an engagement ring … down on one knee! I got goosebumps as I read their story and just got them again as I typed that out! haha

They showed up to our engagement session giggly and ready to snuggle (now, that could have had something to do with the fact they had a few pre-engagement-session-beverages but, I’ll just go with that they were so excited to get photos done haha!) The sun was OUT this evening in Charleston and it gave us such bright dreamy light to work with as we walked around downtown. I’m so happy for these two!
